DMCA Policy
Rennen Thailand Motogp respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Rennen Thailand Motogp will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Rennen Thailand Motogp service and/or the Rennen Thailand Motogp website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to Rennen Thailand Motogp's Designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing a DMCA Takedown Notice and delivering it to Rennen Thailand Motogp's Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of a valid and complete Notice, Rennen Thailand Motogp will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.
Please provide the following information in your DMCA Takedown Notice:

- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Send the completed DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page, specifying "DMCA Notice" as the subject.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with Rennen Thailand Motogp by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, containing the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Rennen Thailand Motogp may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
